Steaming Live Video With Sound To Any Web Page
Ustream.tv is as simple as opening a web based video control room in your browser.
You are up and running as soon as you give the browser based application permission
to access your webcam. Ustream also includes a java based IRC chat room for each user's
account. You can give trusted visitors permission to moderate your chat room during
your broadcast. Ustream also allows you to have "co-hosts", or include their video
feed in your broad cast, so that the end user sees a side by side view of each host.
Ustream.tv also allows you to record your broadcasts and then archives them on your show
page.
Once you have your feed setup, you can embed the Ustream player in your site. This
will save you valuable bandwidth and provide the user with the option to enter your
chat room, adjust video qualities, and more. You have options to disable many of
the features such as chat as well.
