| Post-pregnancy Weightloss
I gained almost 80 lbs. while I was pregnant with my first-born son, Keanu. He was born December 17, 2004, and I have been trying ever since then to lose this awful post-pregnancy weight.
Join me on my journey to find my pre-pregnancy body. I know it is out there, I just got work to find it.
My Progress so far to date:
Start Weight: 187 lbs.
Current Weight: 131 lbs. [last updated: dec. 1, 2005]
BMI (Body Mass Index): 24.5 NORMAL
Goal Weight: 110 lbs.
Last months total weight loss: 2 lbs.
Total Lost: 56 lbs.
Pounds left to lose: 21 lbs.
Excersise Plan:
Yoga, Pilates, StripTease Aerobics, & walking on the treadmill.

Sara Ivanhoe: She is my favorite instructor of the tapes that I have. I would recommend beginner yogi's to try her tapes out. She is very down to earth, explains poses well, & real easy to follow.
