How old do I have to be, to rent a car from your car rental company?
A:   Drivers over 19 years of age & having a licence over one year are welcome.

Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
A:   No, there is no need. You can use your credit card to pay only for the rental.

With what ways can I pay?
A:   You can pay cash on the spot when we deliver you the car. Also we accept all the major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or even Traveller Cheques.

How will I get to know the man who will be waiting for me?
A:   Our employee that will wait for you at the meeting point, will be holding in his hands a banner with your name as well as our company's name. Having those clues, you shall go towards him.

What should I do if I get to the meeting point earlier than the pre-arranged time or if your employee is late?
A:   You will have to remain to the meeting point until our collaborator comes and pick you up, or you can get in touch with our office (0030 28970 23083) to give you instructions.

If my flight of arrival delays, will your employee wait for me to deliver the car?
A:   Of course he will wait for you. All our employee are informed all the time for the arrival as well as their changes that might occur and they wait for your arrival flight to deliver you the car.

What if i need to cancel my reservation?
A:   In case you want to cancel your reservation, we do not charge you any cancellation fee.

What if I have a break down? What do I do?
A:   Company's working hours is from 08.00 to 21.30 so, do not hesitate to call us, or you can call the Road-Service 24 hours. Tel:1168 from anywhere in Crete.
